Held every January, the ASSA Annual Meeting provides exhibitors with access to economists in all fields of specialization and related disciplines who regularly attend the event.

2026 ASSA Exhibitor Registration is now open!

Early bird price ended on September 15.

Exhibitor registration may be canceled with a full refund issued if requested by October 31. After this date, refunds will not be issued.

If paying for a booth by check, complete this form and submit it to assa@vanderbilt.edu for further instructions.

Exhibitors must review and agree to the terms in our Exhibitor Letter and Exhibitor Contract.

Important Information and Dates

Exhibitor Housing is now open! You must have a booth number to complete housing.

Exhibitor housing is available at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown (HQ) or The Notary Hotel, Philadelphia (.1 mile from HQ).
