The AEA Lightning Rounds shine a spotlight on many economic viewpoints, encourage conversation, and promote peer-to-peer networking. Each session includes 7-minute talks by 10 speakers followed by a brief audience Q&A. Last year’s inaugural sessions were a conference favorite!

The AEA Mentoring and Networking Luncheon is designed to connect students and junior economists with senior-level economists from their respective fields. Enjoy a plated lunch while engaging in meaningful conversations. Attendees will be seated at tables of ten, each with at least one senior-level economist, organized around various topics. Students and junior economists are encouraged to register for this unique opportunity—space is limited!
